😠 Went fairly well for 8 years, except for the occasional outage for a few hours.
The trouble started when we asked for a copy of our files to migrate away. I was informed that there is a $200 charge to provide a copy of your own files. Even after we paid that, we only received a Sharepoint-compatible copy. So you can't use the file anywhere. Still not sure how I'll get our accounting data out. Despite paying their fee they were unable to provide it in a normal format.
