😞 We started with Media 3 many years ago and the service was outstanding. I really liked being able to call and speak to a tech 24/7 and over the years did so at all hours including Sundays. Very rapid and very responsive. Now, I don't even get confirmations on trouble reports submitted within their site. It has taken a month to get a response on setting up auto billings separating the two companies; Can never get anyone on the phone anymore even during business hours; Stat reports have disappeared again indicating we did have them set up (lost count of how many times I have needed this corrected in the last 3 years). Don't know what has happened. Site went down again tonight.

😠 Had site hosted by Media3 for many years. Started out pretty good, but Media3 has deteriorated to just plain bad lately. You never know when Media3 will change its server software - they don't notify you of any such change - and the only way you'll know is when a customer emails you inquiring why your site is not up or why, all of a sudden, certain functions no longer work. 😉 For several years we have hosted this site with media3 in a shared environment. We have SQL, Coldfusion and Frontpage also tied to our site. I really liked the reliability and the customer service up until about 1 year ago. It was nice to call and get someone on the phone on a Sunday evening. Not sure what happened as we started having a number of issues that stopped our customers from using the site. Sometimes it was the SQL server other times the frontpage extensions not working. This was all without any changes being done from our end. The concern I have is that while Media3 did correct the issue, the fact the I had to call and tell them there was a problem with their server and/or software does not seem pro active. Recently, it took over twenty four hours to get in contact with anyone from Media three when a fully SQL transaction log prevented our site from working.
