101domain is an international domain registrar and online-services provider founded in 1999, with long-standing specialization in difficult-to-register international domain extensions. The company has been an ICANN-accredited registrar since 2007 and operates through 101domain GRS Limited in Ireland, alongside a U.S. presence in Vista, California. The business later became part of Afilias following a 2015 acquisition, and Afilias subsequently became part of Identity Digital.

International domain registration remains the company's strongest area. 101domain supports more than 1,800 domain extensions covering over 200 countries and territories, including generic TLDs, country-code domains, newer extensions and Internationalized Domain Names. SSL/TLS certificates cover DV, OV, EV, wildcard and multi-domain requirements through Sectigo products. This gives 101domain a significantly broader security portfolio than a registrar focused only on consumer domain registrations.

For organizations with formal compliance requirements, 101domain has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. Corporate accounts can also use multi-user administration and enhanced account-security options, while sign-in support includes SSO through Google, Microsoft, Okta and OneLogin.
