📅 February 23, 2004 - A new Web site designed to help clients remain competitive and achievestrategic goals has been launched for Inflow (inflow.com) clients, the Colorado-based outsourced technology provider announced today.

"We're very proud to unveil our enhanced Web site, which offers the latest news on Inflow and the IT outsourcing industry," said Inflow's chief executive officer Art Zeile. "We know that in our business space, our Web site truly represents a one-stop information source for enterprise technology professionals. Our new site better highlights the co-sourced solutions we offer to help them better compete as well as white papers and interactive tools that address some of today's most pressing IT issues."
The updated site, at www.inflow.com, now has a "Flash" segment on Inflow's FlowTrack Business/Operational Support System, designed to help businesses demonstrate the value of the IT services they provide with real-time views of operational performance. The site offers an IT Online Assessment Tool ? a quiz for users to help them gain understanding of their companies' IT operational competitiveness, as well as Data Center Location pages with facility specs and updated news on Inflow's 13 IDCs. The new site also offers Industry Whitepapers, Case Studies and Collateral with information on Inflow's solutions and the problems they solve for various industries and verticals.

📅 Feb 20, 2004 - XO Acquisition of Allegiance Approved - Telecommunications carrier XO Communications (xo.com -> akamai.com) announced on Thursday that the US bankruptcy court for the southern district of New York has approved its proposed purchase of substantially all of the assets of Allegiance Telecom. Dallas-based Allegiance Telecom filed for bankruptcy in May 2003. XO will acquire Allegiance for $311 million in cash and 45.38 million shares of XO common stock.
