Apr 7, 2004 : Peak 10 Hosts Quaero CRM Solution

📅 April 7, 2004 - Managed hosting and data center services provider Peak 10 (peak10.com -> flexential.com) has added marketing firm Quaero Corporation as a customer, the company announced on Wednesday. Under the agreement, Peak 10 will host Quaero's information and marketing technology solution. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Quaero, its solutions help businesses translate customer data into systematic marketing programs for customer acquisition, retention and revenue enhancement.
"More and more companies are seeking a cost-effective way to gain insight from their customer data," says Don White, executive vice president at Quaero. "With Peak 10 we are able to offer a powerful marketing and information management solution without the high capital investments associated with traditional enterprise software applications."
Peak 10 operates four data center facilities in Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa and Jacksonville.

The announcement comes off the heels of last week's opening of Peak 10's second data center in Tampa.

The 15,400 square foot data center brings the company's total Tampa data center space to more than 30,000 square feet.
