May 26, 2004 : AlertSite Releases Monitoring Service
📅 - AlertSite (alertsite.com), a provider of Web site, Web transaction and server monitoring services, announced on Tuesday the release of a new systems monitoring service designed to integrate monitoring of server metrics such as CPU load and disk utilization with the AlertSite monitoring service. The company said the new systems monitoring service, working alongside Web site and Web transaction monitoring, gives IT managers an enhanced view of how server performance impacts end-user service levels and helps detect critical server performance problems.
"Today, online performance often equates to business performance and ServerAgent takes us inside the firewall for the benefit of our customers for the first time, and offers our customers a more complete view of business critical applications," says Ken Gross, CEO of AlertSite. Pricing for the new services, which runs on both Windows and Linux platforms, is priced starting at $49.95 per month. AlertSite introduced a new load test service in March.
