📅 July 28, 2004 - Web hosting provider Fortune City (fortunecity.com -> dotster.com) said on Tuesday that its online photo album service MyPhotoAlbum (myphotoalbum.com) has teamed up with Blogarama.com (blogarama.com), a blog directory. Under the partnership, MyPhotoAlbum is providing online photo album services, printing services and community-based photo sharing for Blogarama.

"Blogging is one of the hottest buzz words right now in the industry and its great to associate MyPhotoAlbum with such a trend," says Darren Herman, product manager and marketing specialist for MyPhotoAlbum. "We know that Blogarama.com is a premier directory and we're extending our brand through it."
Colin Cheung, owner of Blogarama, said MyPhotoAlbum would help bring "photoblogs" to its users, showing that blogging is not just limited to writing text-based diaries.
MyPhotoAlbum recently teamed with the Naked Cowboy, a New York City street performer, for a promotion.
