The News and Observer said it chose Hosted Solutions because of its proven track record of supporting high traffic sites, providing customizable solutions and offering always-on service.

As a property of The News & Observer Publishing Company, Newsobserver.com is the publisher of five newspapers, including The News & Observer. The site provides news that also appears in its printed editions, plus breaking news 24 hours a day to approximately 890,000 online visitors each month, along with community calendars, weather, classifieds and entertainment listings.
