📅 - UK-based e-commerce site Online Plaza (onlineplaza.co.uk) said on Wednesday that it would exit the Web hosting business just a month after it entered. The company said it had informed all affected customers and set up a special technical team to help transition them to another provider. "We are sorry to cause any inconvenience to our customers. Over the month we have received a substantial amount of businesses in our Web hosting section, but we still do not see its long-term profit due to the high operating and maintenance cost," the company said through a press release.

Postini's managed email security service blocked 183,968,287 virus-ridden emails from reaching its customers in May, most of which contained the Sober worm (78 percent).
