Jul 6, 2005 : WebServe Canada Buys EZ Host Provider

📅 July 6, 2005 - WebServe Canada (webserve.ca -> hostpapa.com) announced late last week that it had acquired EZ Host Provider for an undisclosed amount.
WebServe Canada says EZ Host Provider's customers will benefit from a better infrastructure, a customized control panel interface and 24-hour support. The company says it will honor current pre-payments paid to EZ Host Provider Hosting. Service fees will not increase as a result of the acquisition. All EZ Host Provider's customers were migrated over to WebServe Canada's infrastructure prior to June 30, 2005.
