📅 July 8, 2005 - Web hosting advertising and marketing agency TechPad (techpadagency.com) announced on Friday that it had created a standardized index for tracking daily and running averages of paid Web hosting related search terms.
The bid prices, measured only from Monday through Friday, are for the third bid position on search engines because the first and second spots are considered too volatile and not representative of true pricing, TechPad says. The index covers the PPC prices for eight keyword phrases and displays the results in easy-to-use grids. TechPad says the index is calculated by referring to a standard online reference for pay-per-click traffic. "This new index is an essential tool for those needing to time their pay-per-click keyword purchases," says T.
