📅 February 4, 2008 - Web hosting provider IPOWER (ipower.com ) announced on Monday it has integrated customer approval platform, RatePoint (ratepoint.com), into all of its hosting plans.

RatePoint provides small- and medium-sized business with a way of soliciting customer feedback and posting customer ratings on their websites. Now, every IPOWER plan will include RatePoint capabilities, which is one of many new and innovative solutions the company says it will be rolling out to customers this year. "We realize our customers need us to be problem solvers--not just a hosting provider," says Thomas Gorny, IPOWER CEO. "In response to that, we're going to be integrating more tools that help customers save time, money and worry. RatePoint is one of the first, and it addresses an issue that plagues many small businesses--consumer trust." RatePoint enables businesses to manage their online reputation by posting consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites through the RatePoint site seal. RatePoint verifies actual consumer ratings for authenticity, and businesses can then respond to feedback and publish those reviews online.

RatePoint announced last month it added new features that focus on helping businesses better connect with customers and manage their online reputation more efficiently.
