Oct 11, 2005 : Traverse Acquires Web Host HitSites

📅 October 11, 2005 - Web host and Internet solutions provider Traverse Global Communications (traverseglobal.com) announced on Tuesday it has successfully completed its acquisition of H-Sphere Web hosting provider HitSites Web Services (hitsites.net -> hostinger.com), adding over 1,200 Web sites to its client base.


"HitSites was best known for its client base of Web hosting resellers and internet marketing entrepreneurs," says Michael W. Henton, president of Traverse. "We believe that our private label hosting products and search engine marketing services are a natural fit with our new clients and look forward to extending our product reach throughout the HitSites reseller network."

Traverse provides Internet services for Web developers, business owners and non-profit organizations, including Web hosting, domain name registration, merchant accounts and search engine marketing.

HitSites provides solutions in Web hosting, design and eCommerce. The company provides hosting, design and e-commerce solutions to small and midsize companies.
