📅 November 23, 2005 - Web hosting provider Aplus.Net (aplus.net ) announced on Tuesday that it had added Sitemap Builder and Google Sitemap to select Web hosting plans free of charge.

Sitemap Builder is a proprietary tool that helps Web site owners build site navigation maps for their visitors. Google Sitemap is an XML-based document that facilitates indexing by the Google search engine.

"Aplus.Net is constantly striving to bring the most useful and strategic tools to our customers," says John Martis, vice president of operations for Aplus. "The site map tools are important in marketing your Web site and offerings to qualified leads in different ways. The Google Sitemap helps you improve your search results by enabling Google to better index your Web site. The standard site map allows your Web site's visitors to quickly pinpoint what they are attempting to find. Ultimately, your business acquires more customers due to better access to relevant information."

Both tools are available through the Aplus control panel for customers of the Solo CR plan, or more advanced plans.
