📅 - Comodo (comodogroup.com) announced on Tuesday that New Jersey's Boiling Springs Savings Bank would use Comodo technology to validate the authenticity of its Web site.
Boiling Springs will use Comodo's "See, Verify, Trust" technology, which is delivered through content verification certificates created, distributed and revoked using public key infrastructure methods for providing Web page content security.
Comodo says its technology will assure customers that they are dealing with a legitimate financial institution and that it is safe to make banking transactions online.
"Protecting our customer's identity is always a top priority for Boiling Springs Savings Bank," says Ken Emerson, chief information and technology officer of the bank. "We want our customers to know they can trust us to provide a secure environment in both the real and virtual worlds for their financial transactions.
