📅 - Internet Security Systems (iss.net) announced on Wednesday that it would integrate a set of security tools and services into HP's managed services portfolio.
ISS's Managed Security Services, supported by the company's research team and global operations, will be integrated with the HP Global Security Operations Centers offering. The company will provide network and host intrusion detection and prevention as well as vulnerability scanning.
"The breadth of ISS's product and services offerings and its expertise in the security market make it an effective partner to help deliver our new HP GSOCs," says Tony Redmond, vice president and chief technology officer of the Security Program Office at HP. "With ISS, HP is raising the bar in the industry by delivering total security management for customers."
ISS has been an HP partner since 2002.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
