Feb 6, 2006 : Canada Web Hosting Acquires Bagna

📅 February 6, 2006 - Web hosting provider Canada Web Hosting (canadawebhosting.com) announced on Friday that it had acquired IT consulting and managed IT service provider Bagna Networks.

Canada Web Hosting says the acquisition marks the Canadian hosting provider's official entry into the Toronto hosting market, and gives the company the ability to provide enterprise hosting services from the 151 Front St. telecom facility in Toronto.

According to Canada Web Hosting, Bagna represented a company "building relationships and executing at a very high level," two characteristics it considers key to enterprise-class managed hosting.

"Bagna's technical expertise and very satisfied corporate customer base was the best starting point for our Enterprise Hosting Division in Toronto that we could have hoped for," says Brian Shepard, president of Canada Web Hosting.
