📅 - Canadian managed hosting provider Canada Web Hosting (canadawebhosting.com) announced on Tuesday it has entered into a strategic partnership with private equity, growth capital investors group, Eventi Capital Partners (eventi.ca).
Under the terms of the agreement, Eventi will take an equity stake in CWH. The investment will enhance the quality and scope of service, expand capacity and accelerate growth, says the company. Eventi will also contribute management guidance from its experience with rapidly growing, technology-based service companies.
"CWH is on track for another record year as more and more high profile customers outsource their IT infrastructure and application management to our team of highly-trained professionals," says Brian Shepard, CEO of Canada Web Hosting.
