Feb 28, 2006 : Opalis Launches Data Center Software

📅 February 28, 2006 - Network infrastructure software firm Opalis Software (opalis.com) announced on Monday that it has introduced the Opalis Integration Pack for IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console, a combined solution it says simplifies data center management and automates processes to optimize service levels, reduce downtime and increase productivity overall.


Opalis says its Integration Server automates enterprise IT operations and integrates data center management tools and infrastructure components.

The TEC integration pack enables IT organizations automate data feeds to other help desks or system monitors or automate problem management routines and maintenance procedures. The tool also provides a graphical user interface for filtering TEC events and auto-generating pre-populated trouble tickets in service management tools.
