May 9, 2006 : Ensim Offers Windows Unify Express

📅 May 9, 2006 - Web hosting software developer Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Monday that it had released Ensim Unify Express Web Hosting Edition for Windows.

The company says the new version of Unify Express enables service providers to deploy and manage a Windows-based hosting system that incorporates Internet Information Services, SQL Server and Microsoft Web Starter Kit. Ensim says the product will help small and medium-sized service providers to enter the Windows hosting market with reduced expense.

As part of a collaborative promotion with Microsoft to mark the product's launch, Ensim will waive Unify Express's platform license and installation fees for a limited time.

"Ensim Unify Express Web Hosting Edition for Windows answers the compelling call from hosters who would like to launch a Windows-based Web hosting solution with limited resources and looking to benefit from an automated service enablement platform," said Sandip Gupta, CEO at Ensim. "Our collaboration with Microsoft enables hosters to participate in the rapid growth of Windows Web Hosting services."

According to Ensim, Unify Express Web Hosting Edition for Windows provides the fastest time to market, lowest support costs, the potential to easily target a variety of markets, the ability to easily add new services and the elimination of provisioning errors through a fully automated process.
