Blackfuel Unveils AI Inference Grid With Over $250 Million in Contracted Revenue
📅 - Blackfuel has emerged from stealth, reporting more than $250 million in contracted revenue through multiyear customer agreements. The company plans to build a global 'AI Token Grid,' connecting accelerator clusters through shared software to provide reservable inference capacity.
Its first deployment, scheduled to enter service in 2026, will be hosted by Digital Realty in Barcelona. The infrastructure will use liquid-cooled Dell PowerRack systems featuring PowerEdge XE9785L servers and AMD Instinct MI355X accelerators. Dell and NTT DATA will support deployment and integration. Additional clusters are planned in Spain, Finland, and France.

📅 - How to Set Up Ansible for Automated Bare-Metal Server Provisioning - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASELONDON, UK – eServers, a premier provider of enterprise bare metal infrastructure and high-performance dedicated hosting, has officially released an advanced technical engineering guide titled "How to Set Up Ansible for Automated Bare-Metal Server Provisioning." The publication provides DevOps engineers, system administrators, and infrastructure architects with a definitive strategy for transitioning from manual server configuration to highly scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC)."Manual configuration of bare-metal servers is an inherently flawed practice when scaled beyond a handful of machines. It invariably leads to configurati
📅 - DE-CIX and Cabo Verde Telecom Explore Lisbon–São Paulo Interconnection Corridor - DE-CIX and Cabo Verde Telecom (CVTelecom) have signed a nonbinding letter of intent to explore a South Atlantic interconnection corridor between Lisbon and São Paulo. The proposed collaboration aims to improve connectivity among Southern Europe, West Africa, and Latin America.
The companies say the corridor could provide more direct traffic routes, reducing reliance on hubs in Northern Europe and North America while improving network resilience and route diversity.
Under the proposed arrangement, CVTelecom would supply transport capacity between Lisbon and São Paulo. DE-CIX would provide access to its interconnection services in Frankfurt, Madrid, Marseille, New York, and São Paulo, [...]
The investments form part of FLAG's Vision 2030 strategy to increase capacity and route diversity for enterprise, cloud, and AI traffic.
Through an agreement with Orient Lines, owner of MIST, FLAG will add connectivity between Mumbai and Singapore. MIST has operated since 2024, with FLAG services scheduled to become available in October 2026.
FLAG has also contracted with Lightstorm for a fiber pair on I2SEA, connecting Machilipatnam, Chennai, and Singapore. The company is additionally investing in [...]
📅 - Cloud and Hosting Operations Demand Accurate Infrastructure Documentation - Infrastructure documentation is becoming an operational requirement for hosting, cloud, and data center operators as environments spread across physical servers, virtual platforms, cloud regions, network fabrics, storage systems, and high-density compute. The central challenge is no longer recording what exists. It is maintaining an accurate view of how infrastructure is connected, controlled, changed, and recovered at scale.
That distinction matters because infrastructure knowledge is often scattered across rack records, IP systems, cloud consoles, management platforms, and runbooks. When those records diverge, engineers can make capacity, recovery, security, and change decisions against [...]
