Jun 20, 2006 : EMS-Cortex Expands Global Reach

📅 June 20, 2006 - Web hosting software provider EMS-Cortex (ems-cortex.com) announced on Friday that two service providers, DSLExtreme (dslextreme.com -> hostinger.com) and OfficeData (data.office.se), have chosen the Cortex platform to deliver managed IT services to their customers. Services include Microsoft Hosted Exchange, Citrix and Sharepoint targeted at small to medium sized businesses.
DSL Extreme, an IKANO company, had outgrown its previous provisioning system's capabilities for offering more advanced services to its customers. It decided to switch to Cortex, which now provisions DSLExtreme's Microsoft Hosted Exchange email services, enabling rapid customer base growth. In addition, Stokholm, Sweden's OfficeData became the first joint customer win after Cortex's expansion where it appointed Aexus NV as the local sales representative for Benelux and Scandinavia. On top of its recent global achievements, EMS-Cortex will continue promoting its product in the United States. Following its successful trade fair at ISPCON last May, EMS-Cortex will also be exhibiting its platform at HostingCon. As a gold sponsor for the event, EMS-Cortex general manager Ivan Wells will be speaking on July 17 on the topic of choosing the right hosting automation solution.
