📅 - Managed service provider Global Netoptex (gni.com) announced on Monday it has established a high-security network operations center at 365 Main's (365main.com) new 131,000-square-foot Tier IV data center in El Segundo, California.
GNi offers multi-carrier/multi-homed Internet transit, managed services and 24-hour "remote hands" support to maximize uptime, eliminate points of failure and provide reliable service for mission-critical applications. It also guarantees nearly 100 percent network availability through its service level agreements with clients such as Symantec, HP, the Oakland Raiders and Southern Cross.
"We welcome GNi as one of the first clients at our brand new facility," says Jean Paul Balajadia, VP of operations for 365 Main. "We have a long-standing relationship with them that began with our San Francisco data center. Besides their excellent record as a provider of managed services, GNi also serves as our remote hands team, providing 24/7 onsite technical support."
GNi provides a single point of contact for all services including managed services, Internet security, cabinets, cabling, subcabinets, load balancers and 24-hour onsite tech support for its SAN storage services.
