Mega Hosters says it paid cash for Logic Internet, but did not reveal the value of the transaction.
"This acquisition will bring over Logic Internet's customer base to our own state of the art hosting platform," says Clinton Jendyk, president and CEO of Mega Hosters. "Customers from Logic Internet will now benefit from a dedicated team of sales and support specialists and an expansive network. Furthermore, Logic Internet's customers will enjoy a wider range of services at very competitive prices."
Founded in Vancouver, Canada in 1999, Mega Hosters began as a Web design firm under the name Neuro Nitrate Web Design and in 2002 it launched the Mega Hosters brand and moved its focus more toward Web hosting.
