📅 November 2, 2006 - Investment banking firm DH Capital (dhcapital.com) announced on Wednesday it served as exclusive financial advisor to Boston Datacenters (bostondatacenters.com -> hostinger.com) on its sale to Web hosting provider Hosted Solutions (hostedsolutions.com -> hostinger.com).

Boston Datacenters. located in Charlestown, Massachusetts, provides Web hosting and colocation, predominantly to New England based businesses. Following the acquisition, says Hosted Solutions, the company will continue to offer those services, along with expanded capabilities, including dedicated servers, managed storage, managed load balancing, business continuity and managed security services.
