📅 - Imperva (imperva.com) (NASDAQ: IMPV), a global provider of cybersecurity solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and across hybrid environments, has signed an agreement to acquire Prevoty. According to a recent Forrester report, "Prevoty leads the pack with robust attack detection, response, and visibility" while extending Imperva's reach into the DevOps market. The transaction is valued at $140 million in cash and is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2018.
