#HPE Buys #Plexxi to Expand Its Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Capabilities

📅 May 20, 2018 - HPE has announced the acquisition of Plexxi (plexxi.com), a pioneer in converged network infrastructure for public and private cloud deployments. Plexxi's technology would extend HPE's software-defined compute and storage capabilities into the high-growth, software-defined networking market, expanding its addressable market and strengthening their offerings for customers and partners.

Plexxi was founded in 2010 and would be focused on enabling data center modernization and hybrid cloud with its software-defined data fabric.
