📅 - Today, the EvoSwitch multi-tenant data centers feature a design PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.2. This accounts for our new data center builds but experience shows that we can consistently operate below this figure. The question is how low can you go with regards to establishing a low thus energy-efficient data center PUE figure?

📅 - Iron Mountain Buys Colocation Data Centers EvoSwitch in Amsterdam for €205M - Iron Mountain (ironmountain.com) (NYSE: IRM), the global data storage and information management services company with services including colocation and cloud-based managed services, has acquired EvoSwitch (evoswitch.com)'s two colocation data center sites in the Metropolitan Region Amsterdam (MRA) for €205 ($235) million. Total potential capacity of these two data centers in the Amsterdam area for Iron Mountain is 34MW.
The transaction provides Iron Mountain with 11 megawatts (MW) of existing data center capacity in the Metropolitan Region Amsterdam (MRA) in the Netherlands, which is 100% leased, with expansion capability of an additional 23 MW, for total potential capacity of 34 MW.
