Nov, 2016 : New Cyber Attack Targets Deutsche Telekom Routers

📅 November 30, 2016 - Another victim to a hacking attack was discovered recently in Deutsche Telekom AG. They were a victim of a global malware attack targeting household devices. Thousands of customers experienced issues with TV, internet and phone service due to the attack.

It was reported that about 900,000 Deutsche Telekom customers had issues with their routers and more than 20 million phone subscribers lost service on Sunday. The carrier wasn't affected directly, but many customers were.

On Wednesday, Amazon introduced Polly an image recognition service and Lex a speech-to-text service.
