📅 - Google has decided to support the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which has angered some of its users. Those users opposing controversial trade agreements have expressed their feelings. While Google believes the TPP agreement is a good thing and helps provide copyright protections, those opposing it call it “NAFTA on steroids.”
The agreement could force websites to remove content that may infringe on copyrights without a court order. This could punish internet users sharing copyrighted materials and really limit “Fair Use.”
