Dovecot Helping Rackspace Cut Down on the Expense of Email Servers
📅 - Rackspace has created a partnership with Dovecot to help cut down on their email server costs. They will be using Dovecot Pro for powering their email platform, which will help make their email servers far more efficient.
The company is hoping they will be able to serve the 3.5 million end users with about 20% of the current IMAP email services. This will help the company save on electricity, maintaining hardware and cooling. .
