Infinitely Virtual, a provider of virtual server technology, yesterday announced the new fully-customizable Basic Email Hosting with hMail.
According to it, Email Hosting with hMail is executed on the company's Virtual Dedicated Server technology. Plans come pre-installed with hMail, a standards-based email system that runs on Windows. The email system is self-administered using hMail Admin, and includes standard email features such as POP3, SMTP, IMAP, Anti-virus and Anti-Spam Filtering, webmail, Outlook support, SSL encryption, and Unlimited Email Aliases and Forwarders.

The ability to install 3rd party applications is supported. It adds that optional Virtual Server features include VMware Fault-Tolerance, Site-to-Site IPSec VPN, and Access to Network Performance Monitor. These options may be added onto a plan at any time.
