The company states that his expertise additionally includes over six years at Rampart Associates where Paul served as a Partner and provided investment banking services primarily to internet service providers. While at Rampart, Paul authored the I$P Report and became renowned as an industry expert and thought leader in the sector. Paul received his BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. It avers that Paul will be based in Boulder, Colorado and will be joined by Brian Pryor, Managing Director of MVP.
