UK web host and reseller specialist Heart Internet has teamed up with technology TV presenter Suzi Perry in an effort to help simplify web hosting for people intimidated by the industry's use of technical jargon. Suzi will appear on the company's web site and in their print adverts to help bring a familiar face to hosting.

Heart Internet co-founder Jonathan Brealey said "Teaming up with a well known and trusted personality such as Suzi Perry will help us to explain technical terms in a language everyone understands. Social networks essentially give people a one page website and we want to show how easy it is to move on and create your own site".

Jonathan continued "As an industry we often fall in to the trap of using unnecessarily technical terms to describe our products. We take Bandwidth, POP3, FTP and MySQL for granted but they can be intimidating to new comers. We need to get away from describing the service and move towards explaining the benefits."

As part of the campaign Heart Internet have recently re-launched their website along with a series of guides to help beginners who want to create their first web site and a web hosting dictionary to introduce people to common web hosting terminology.
