📅 March 12, 2009 - Business technology consultant and solutions provider I-Evolve Technology Services (i-evolve.com) announced on Thursday it has named Kevin Kelly the company's president.

In the role, Kelly will strengthen the company's marketing efforts and help manage growth.

Kelly joins I-Eolve from TR Services, where he served as president and CEO of the company before it was acquired by IPLogic in 2005.

Prior also served in the positions of vice president of sales and chief marketing officer the company.

More recently, Kelly was an independent business consultant, where he counted I-Evolve among his clients.

Kelly will succeed I-Evolve founder David Meller, who will now serve as the company's chief technology officer.

In this role, Meller will focus on the development and delivery of technology solutions.

"Kevin has a mix of entrepreneurial leadership, sales and marketing expertise and technical knowledge that will help us improve upon what's already been built," says Meller.

According to Meller, I-Evolve has shown significant growth, with the company's sales doubling in each of the last three years.

Headquartered in Buffalo, New York, I-Evolve offers a range of solutions, including web hosting, email, hosted voice over IP, business continuity and data backup, and colocation services.

The filtering solution features MD5 hash technology, which adds digital finger prints, or hashes, to undesirable images.

A database with hashes subsequently checks whether there is a match and prevents these images from being posted online.
