📅 - Server and data center software developer Rack-Soft (4psa.com) announced on Wednesday it has launched the 4PSA Clients Area 3, its new customer management portal integrated into the company website.
Last month, Rack-Soft launched its free VoipNow Browser Module, enabling click-to-call functions in all web pages.
The new area streamlines license management operations and adds more provisioning tools that help Rack-Soft partners and customers accelerate operations.
4PSA Clients Area 3 enables 4PSA partners to issue license keys from a web based interface or using web services API methods. Additionally, customers and partners can work with both leased and owned licenses.
The portal integrates license key management for 4PSA software and third-party products, such as Parallels (parallels.com). 4PSA business partners can purchase Parallels keys and manage them accordingly.
Invoicing and purchasing process has been greatly simplified to enable partners and customers to grow without adding overhead.
"Most improvements were driven by two facts: in the last year our partner network doubled and new licensing methods were made available," says Bogdan Carstoiu, Rack-Soft's general manager. "The latest updates are focused on platform, that's why we are able to offer almost the same features we provide for our software license keys for Parallels keys as well. Our customers can purchase licenses for 4PSA and Parallels products while having full control over the process."
Providers deploying 4PSA software on leased servers can choose the leased licensing model that best meets their business needs.
