Register365, the shared hosting and domain registrar division of Hosting365 (hosting365.com -> register365.com), has seen significant growth over the years. It was named the seventh fastest growing technology company in Ireland as part of the Deloitte Fast 50. With 35 percent market share, this acquisition of Register365 is an integral part of Namesco's overall expansion plans.

Founded in 1996, Namesco is now the fourth largest provider in the UK of domain names and shared hosting services and ranks in the top 50 worldwide, according to Netcraft's (netcraft.com) Company Analysis for January 2007. With over 80 professionals, Namesco currently manages more than 400,000 domains.

Namesco itself was acquired last July by Italian domain, hosting and social networking firm Dada (dada.dada.net/en), which already had a large presence in Italy and Spain. The purchase of Register365 by Namesco is in line with Dada's plans to further strengthen their position in the European market and continued international growth.

The company says that none of Register365's customers will be affected by the acquisition as Namesco will continue to deliver services from Ireland and support customers from its Worcestershire, UK head office.
