Nov 27, 2007 : Cogent CEO to Present at UBS Event

📅 November 27, 2007 - Ethernet Internet service provider Cogent Communications (cogentco.com) announced on Monday that its CEO will be presenting at the UBS 35th Annual Global Media and Communications conference in New York City. The event is set to take place from December 3 to 5 at The Grand Hyatt New York.

Dave Schaeffer's presentation is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EST on December 5.

Investors and other interested parties will be able to access a live audio Web cast of the presentation by going to the Investors Relations section of Cogent's website. A replay of the Webcast will also be available for 30 days following the presentation.

Cogent completed its offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.00 percent convertible subordinated notes due 2027.
