👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Friday it has named two key executive members. The Web host has appointed Michael Howard, formerly the president of accounting and finance, to CFO, while Ralph Munyan has been named as the company's VP and general counsel.


Howard is a long-time member of the Aplus.Net team, with a range of professional experience in accounting and corporate finance spanning international regions as varied as China, Canada and the Caribbean. He has also served in the United States Army Security Agency's Communications Intelligence Service and teaches accounting and finance at the University of California San Diego School of Extended Studies.

First joining Aplus.Net in February, Munyan has had extensive corporate and independent legal experience. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and also serves as vice chairman of the board of directors for a Midwest-based, not-for-profit ministry that provides personal financial management education. "We're extremely proud of these members of our executive team and the important work they do in helping to maintain Aplus.Net's status as an industry company in a very competitive market," says Ryan Elledge, Aplus.Net's COO.
