📅 December 6, 2006 - Data center operator PEER 1 Network Enterprises (peer1.com ) announced on Tuesday it has attainted gold certified partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with a competency in advanced infrastructure solutions.

PEER 1 says it was recognized by Microsoft because of its expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. In addition to obtaining employee Microsoft certifications and PEER 1 customer references, PEER 1 had to declare and earn a Microsoft competency, in this case, in advanced infrastructure solutions.

The advanced infrastructure solutions competency is designed for partners with proven expertise in designing or implementing complex infrastructure solutions. Because customers are increasingly asking to do more with less, says PEER 1, partners with the advanced infrastructure solutions competency can identify their skill in helping customers access management solutions, improve operational efficiency and reduce security risks.

PEER 1 also recently released the financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2007.
