) has announced a new service guarantee program called FirstCall Support, which connects customers with appropriate experts within their very first support desk call.

Available to PEER 1's managed hosting customers around-the-clock since it was first rolled out in November 2008, FirstCall Support is designed to answer customer questions and resolve issues by connecting in-house PEER 1 managed hosting experts with customers quickly and more efficiently, according to the company's Thursday announcement.

"Our strong base of both loyal and new customers is a real testament to the type of experience we try to create for all of our hosting customers, and the importance we place on customer service," PEER 1 support division director Brian Daffern said in a statement. "We make it a priority to remain proactive and passionate when it comes to the service we provide to our customers, ensuring that they have all of the individual support and tools needed to run a successful online business."

Also, through its exclusive SmartKey authentication, PEER 1 support technicians are allowed customer-approved access to customer servers, letting them immediately begin working on any issues.

As part of its efforts to better communicate with customers, PEER 1 has also re-launched its website with a more streamlined, user-friendly design helping customers clearly distinguish between its managed, dedicated and colocation hosting services, as well as its ServerBeach (serverbeach.com 👉 Total Reviews: 3

) brand, which the site more seamlessly integrates. ServerBeach's site is also being redesigned, with a new layout scheduled to launch in February. The new sites are designed to provide easier navigation using tabbed browsing to navigate between ServerBeach and PEER 1.

PEER 1's customer service has received accolades from client DigitalDay (digitaldaycreative.com), an Ohio-based web design and online marketing agency.
