The new company will be known as Emerson Network Power Systems of Venezuela, a division within Emerson Network Power, Emerson's brand of industry-leading divisions working with customers to design, build, and support their entire energy infrastructures.
Emerson Network Power Systems of Venezuela will integrate key Emerson Network Power divisions to provide total customer solutions in the fast-growing Venezuelan market. Whether it's uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems; climate and environmental systems including precision air conditioning, shelters and enclosures; DC power systems; automatic transfer switches and power distribution units; or professional services, Emerson Network Power Systems of Venezuela will bring the most advanced technology and engineering together to design, install, and maintain a complete power network with high nines reliability, for the most critical always-on business segments:

Headquartered in Caracas, PyS Digital's operations have been integrated into Emerson Network Power Systems of Venezuela, with additional service locations in Maracaibo, Valencia, Barquisimeto, San Cristobal, Puerto La Cruz, and Puerto Ordaz.
