ESPWorld Offers Year-Round Marketing Program to Increase Exhibitor ROI


📅 - IDG World Expo (idgworldexpo.com) announced yesterday thatESPWorld (espworldexpo.com), the only event showcasing the entire range of service provider options for enterprise end users, will feature the industry's first twelve-month integrated lead generation and marketing vehicle for exhibitors.

The Total Exposure Program will enable ESPWorld exhibitors to market theirproducts and services in the days and months leading up to, during, andfollowing the event. ESPWorld will be featured at Comnet Conference & Expo(comnetexpo.com), scheduled for January 28-31, 2002 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
IDG World Expo's Total Exposure Program will provide exhibitors with toolsto interact with ESPWorld attendees year-round. Packages include a numberof lead generation and marketing tools, including a "DigitalBooth," whereexhibitors can market their products and services to attendees via theshow's Web site in advance of the event. Extensive access to pre- andpost-show attendee lists, as well as sponsorship and advertisingopportunities, are also included in the Total Exposure packages.

ESPWorld will showcase outsourcing solutions from the entire range ofEnterprise Service Providers, including ASPs (application serviceproviders), ISPs (Internet service providers), NSPs (network serviceproviders), MSPs (managed service providers), SSPs (storage serviceproviders), HSPs (hosting service providers) and xSPs (emerging serviceprovider offerings and technologies).
According to IDC, while the ASP market brought in more than $1 billion inrevenue in 2000, revenues for the entire service provider market totaledmore than $115 billion during the same period. IDC predicts service providerrevenues will climb to $400 billion by 2004.
"The service provider market has evolved to encompass a much wider range ofoutsourcing options - no longer is it just about the ASPs," said CharlieGreco, president and CEO of IDG World Expo. Network World, educational partner for Comnet Conference & Expo, willdevelop the conference program for the event. The ESPWorld conference trackswill provide educational content to help IT and business managers evaluatetheir outsourcing options, monitor new trends with xSPs and calculate theROI of outsourcing. Conference sessions will examine the strategicchallenges and benefits of outsourcing the management of networks, systemsinfrastructure, applications, content, storage, web hosting and otherservices.
