📅 - Telus Enterprise Solutions, a division of Telus Corporation (telus.com) and an e-business solutions integrator, has entered into an agreement to become a preferred marketing and implementation partner for Cquay's Common Ground Web services.
Telus and Cquay (cquay.com) will integrate the Common Ground service platform with Siebel's CRM system and other enterprise applications provided by Telus, and jointly market this capability to Telus customers. Common Ground Web services will allow these customers to validate customer address data, analyze information about customers, assets and mobile workforce, and visualize this data in a geographic (map) context.
The company says Cquay's location intelligence capability will allow Telusto differentiate its e-business solutions and application services fromcompetitors. "Our customers are looking for ways to realize more value fromtheir investment in CRM systems," says John Maduri, president, TelusBusiness Solutions. "We see the Cquay technology as a powerful tool that canbe easily and cost-effectively added to existing systems to help improvecustomer service and reduce costs in Call Centers and customer serviceoperations."
Ease of integration with enterprise applications systems is core to thedesign of Common Ground according to Calvin McElroy, CEO for Cquay."Partnerships with leading application service providers extends the reachof our own sales and marketing team," says McElroy.
