(spscommerce.com), a supply chain integration service provider, today announced an alliance. By leveragingDigital River's outsourced e-commerce system, the companies are offering anexpanded suite of e-commerce products and services to the thousands of smallto mid-sized enterprises that SPS serves.

The integrated service offering will meet the quick time-to-market and costrequirements of the SME market and allow SPS clients to have their owne-commerce sites, designed, hosted, and operated by Digital River.
SPS clients using Digital River's outsourced e-commerce system will be ableto streamline the purchasing, fulfillment and delivery of products to theirconsumers. SPS clients will also be able to broaden their access toretailers selling through online direct-to-consumer channels. SME supplierscan exchange data and images with retailers who post product photos anddescriptions on the Internet to stimulate online purchases.
Similar to other services available through spscommerce.net, Digital River'soutsourced e-commerce system requires no upfront investment in hardware,software or staffing, and is priced at a predictable monthly subscriptionrate.
