Mar, 2002 : Inflow's Atlanta Data Center Cash Flow Positive

📅 - Inflow, Inc. (inflow.com), a leading provider of IT outsourcing solutions and Internet data centers, announced on Monday that its Atlanta, Georgia IDC has turned EBTIDA positive.

The Atlanta center, says Inflow, is the sixth of the company's facilities to achieve the cash flow positive milestone, an important achievement in a company still very much focused on profit. "Despite the unstable economy and increased market turnover, Inflow is focused on profitability," says Chris Wheeler, Inflow's general manager in Atlanta. "The Atlanta IDC's EBITDA positive milestone is another step in a steady march toward profitability."
In addition to the cash flow milestone, says Inflow, the Atlanta center has other reason to celebrate, having received a rating of 9.5 on a 10-point scale for overall customer satisfaction in a recent study by CSM, Inc., an independent researcher.
CSM, says Inflow, prepared and administered a third-party survey of Inflow's customers to determine satisfaction with the company's service. Inflow received a 9.2 rating nationally, says the company, compared to an average 7.9 scored by its customers. "No other competitor in the telecommunications industry has produced customer satisfaction ratings as high as Inflow," says Frank Sanders, president and CEO of CSM, Inc. "In fact, aside from the Ritz-Carlton, Inflow has the highest customer service ratings we have seen across all industries in the last 10 years that we have been doing this type of research."
Among the customers thriving on the service of the Atlanta facility, says inflow, are TRX, a leader in travel processing solutions, Facility Pro, a supplier of strategic procurement solutions to organizations and Recall, a leading total information management provider.
Inflow's technical staff, says the company, holds certifications through Cisco, Microsoft and CheckPoint and they provide around-the-clock customer assistance. In the area of the Atlanta facility, Inflow is a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Southeast Regional Internet Society.
The company says it launched 18 new products last year, including Enterprise Datacenter Management, Business Continuance, Intelligent Routing, Managed Security and Application and Infrastructure management. All of these services, says Inflow, compliment the company's existing products, and help support the InflowNet 100 percent guaranteed uptime that is the cornerstone of the company's success.
