Mar, 2002 : Rieman, Gyani Join Keynote Board of Directors
📅 - Keynote Systems (keynote.com), a leader in Internet performance monitoring, announced on Thursday Mohan Gyani, president and CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services and former CEO of Check Point Software Technologies Inc. Dr. Deborah Rieman have joined the company's board of directors.
Gyani and Rieman, says Keynote, will replace Leo Hindery, Jr. and Mark Leslie, who will both retire from the company's board of directors before the upcoming annual stockholders? meeting, scheduled for April 23.
Gyani, says Keynote, has served as president and CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services since March 2000. Prior to this, he served as head of strategy and corporate development and a member of the board of directors at mobile telecommunications network company Vodafone AirTouch Plc.
"Keynote continues to advance the technology businesses require to benchmark, test, diagnose, and manage their e-business applications,? says Gyani. ?As a new member of the board, I look forward to building on the established success of Keynote, and help the company grow to its full potential."
Dr. Rieman, says the company, has managed a private investment fund since June 1999 also serving as an entrepreneur-in-residence with U.S. Venture Partners during that time. Prior to that, Rieman served as president and CEO of Check Point Software Technologies Inc.

Keynote's chairman and CEO Umang Gupta says the two will bring a wealth of experience to the company's board of directors. "Their contributions to the successful growth of enterprise companies and combined years of experience will be invaluable to Keynote's success,? he says.
