📅 - ITC DeltaCom, Inc., a southern States integrated telecommunications and technology solutions and regional broadband provider, today reported positive revenue in the first quarter ended March 31, 2002. With revenues totaling $109.3 million in 2002, the company reports an increase of 8.6 percent over total revenues in the first quarter of 2001 and an increase of 4.5 percent over total revenues in the fourth quarter of 2001.
ITC DeltaCom (itcdeltacom.com) produced $16.1 million EBITDA (earnings before net interest, other income and other expenses, income taxes, extraordinary items, and depreciation and amortization), as adjusted in the first quarter of 2002, as compared to the $10.6 million in the first quarter of 2001 and $13.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2001, which excludes $251,000 of restructuring expenses.
