Frost & Sullivan said that instead of choosing a company that was in the midst of a highly publicized fire sale acquisition, industry analysts chose Interland, which it named a 'rising star' in the SME hosting sector.
Formed from two respected SME hosting companies, HostPro and Interland, the new Interland reduced operational costs, increased its market share, and inched closer to the goal of becoming cash flow positive in the third quarter of 2002.
?Interland is one of the companies that I like to point to when I hear the large telecom companies saying that pure play hosting companies cannot survive on their own,? said Jarad Carleton, Industry Analyst, Frost & Sullivan.
