📅 - Data center and Web hosting company Springboard Managed Hosting (springboardhosting.com) announced on Monday that it has signed a hosting agreement with real estate industry Internet solution provider ListStream (liststream.com).
According to the agreement, Springboard will provide fully managed servers, enterprise backup, managed security and comprehensive 24x7 monitoring and management of ListStream's expanding national customer base.
ListStream's suite of products is designed to enable realtors to use Internet technologies to facilitate sales functions, shortening cycles and improving close ratios.
Springboard says ListStream's value proposition centers on creating a fast and reliable online sales environment to allow prospective buyers to search the MLS using tools including clickable maps, property photos, online communication between consumers and realtors, cost effective web sites and email services.
"They are providing true 24/7 service to a national audience with a heavy traffic pattern," says Rich Lee, CEO of Springboard. "The fact that we provide them with a state-of-the-art Data Center and the largest network in the Carolina?s, backed by Dual OC3 Internet connections was clearly a determining factor in their decision to pick Springboard."
ListServe says it is positioned for rapid and lasting growth in an underdeveloped market, and was looking for a hosting provider that could deliver the power and responsiveness required as the company scales its business.
